Guest Retention Period

The Guest Retention Period allows you to define a number of days that guests are retained in your system after the guest’s most recent project end date. The default retention value is Indefinitely, and the maximum retention value is 365 days.

For example, if you set the Guest Retention Period to 365 days, guests will be automatically removed from your company 365 days after their most recent project end date. Conversely, if the guest retention period is Indefinitely, no guests will be removed unless you remove them yourself individually.

Note: It may take a day or so for guests to be removed after the guest retention period has been exceeded.
