Signing Up #
To sign up as a company that will be using Cue Manager (which includes a free 30 day trial), please click here to fill out and submit your information. Once your company system is setup, you will receive an email with a password reset link. As soon as you set a password, your new Cue Manager system and user account will be active!
To sign up as an individual user, please click here to fill out and submit your information. Once you submit the sign up form, you will be sent an email with a password reset link. Once you reset your password, your new account will be active! Please be aware that signing up as an individual user will require someone with a company account to invite you into their system in order for you to utilize the features of Cue Manager.
Trials #
When you sign up for Cue Manager, you automatically get a 30 day free trial. During this time, there are no limits. You get full access to the Cue Manager platform, and we do not require a credit card. No strings attached, it’s that simple. During this time, we would love to provide you with a free demo of the software as well. Please feel free to open a ticket and request a demo with one of our product specialists.
After the Trial Period #
If Cue Manager is a good fit for your organization, we would love to become your long term partner! To continue using Cue Manager past the trial period, you will need to enter a credit/debit card. You can do this by navigating to Setup > Billing & Subscriptions and clicking the Add Card button under Payment Methods.
Invoices #
Invoices are generated, charged, and emailed to the system owner on a monthly or annual basis. This interval is determined by the type of plan you have (Monthly or Annual). A list of your past invoices can be found at Setup > Billing & Subscriptions.
Plans #
If you would like to subscribe to a different plan, you can do so by navigating to Setup > Billing & Subscriptions and scrolling down to Available Plans. From there, you can switch to a different plan by clicking the Switch to This Plan button.
Cancellation #
You can cancel your Cue Manager subscription at anytime for any reason. Simply navigate to Setup > Billing & Subscriptions, then follow these steps:
- Find the Subscription box
- Click the option dots in the upper right corner
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Enter your password
- Click the red Cancel Subscription button
When you enter your password, we will display the account paid through date. You will have access to your system until that date.
