There are several areas of Cue Manager that utilize the Current RMS integration.
Projects #
Importing Projects #
On the projects page, you are able to manually import a project from your Current RMS opportunities.
- Navigate to Projects
- Click the Import button in the upper right corner
- Select Current RMS Opportunity
- Search for an opportunity
- Select the blue cloud download button to the right of the opportunity you wish to import
Viewing Opportunity Data #
In the left pane within your project, you will see a section called Current RMS Opportunity. In this section, you can view things such as the opportunity’s details as well as information such as:
- Opportunity items
- Service items
- Attachments
- Scheduling
Importing the Current RMS Extended Schedule #
If you click on the Scheduling link under the Current RMS Opportunity section in the project left pane, you will be able to see the Current RMS extended schedule in a popup modal. In the upper right corner of the modal, simply click Import > Import to Schedules and the Current RMS extended schedule will be imported to a new project schedule.
Manually Sync From Current RMS #
If you would like to manually update a linked project with it’s Current RMS opportunity data (subject, dates, status, etc), you can do so by clicking the option dots in the left pane in the project view and selecting Sync From Current RMS.
Users #
Users are linked to members via their email address, and are automatically updated bi-directionally, based on what you choose to synchronize. No input from you is required to link users.
Current RMS → Cue Manager #
When Update a Cue Manager user’s info when editing a Current RMS user account with the same email is set to Yes in your Current RMS integration settings, any user accounts in Cue Manager will be automatically updated when you edit a user account in Current RMS with the same email address.
Cue Manager → Current RMS #
When Update a member in Current RMS when it’s linked contact in Cue Manager is updated is set to Yes, any Current RMS user account with the same email address as the user account you just edited will be automatically updated.
Contacts #
Contacts can be linked manually or imported in bulk, and are automatically updated bi-directionally, based on what you choose to synchronize.
Linking Contacts #
To link a contact, navigate to Company > Contacts and click on the contact you wish to link, then follow these steps:
- Click on the option dots in the left pane to open up the menu
- Click Edit
- Scroll down to Link Current RMS Member
- Click inside the search box, and search for the member you want to link
- Click on the member you wish to link
- Click Save at the bottom of the edit page
- Modify any details you wish to change and click Save
Current RMS → Cue Manager #
When Update a contact in Cue Manager when editing it’s linked contact in Current RMS is set to Yes, the contact linked contact in Cue Manager will be automatically updated each time it’s linked member is updated in Current RMS. This is the same for organizations/companies and venues.
When Create a linked contact in Cue Manager when creating or editing a Current RMS member that is not linked to a contact in Cue Manager is set to Yes, a new Customer or Venue will be automatically created and linked in Cue Manager when a new member is created in Current RMS.
Cue Manager → Current RMS #
When Update a member in Current RMS when it’s linked contact in Cue Manager is updated is set to Yes, a Current RMS member will be automatically updated when it’s linked contact is updated in Cue Manager.
